What You'll Do
As a Commercial Security Sales Consultant, you'll help businesses protect what matters most by designing and selling customized security solutions, including:
- Commercial Burglar Alarm Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- Integrated Commercial Security Solutions
In this role, you will:
- Develop new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess their security needs
- Design customized security solutions for commercial customers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Has experience selling commercial security systems, including Fire, Burglar, CCTV, and Access Control (preferred)
- Is confident prospecting, networking, and closing new business
- Is highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Has outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
- Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Speaks Armenian (a plus, but not required)

Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Expected annual earnings:
- Experienced Security Sales Professionals: $100,000-$200,000+
- Entry-Level Sales Professionals: $50,000-$75,000
Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more.
