We are seeking a highly experienced Custom Home Project Manager with 5-10 years of managing luxury residential projects in Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading ground-up custom home builds, managing large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $10 million to $25 million. This role requires a proven ability to oversee all aspects of project execution, maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager
- 5+ years of Luxury Single Family Home Experience
- Experience with building ground-up luxury homes in Florida
- Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend or MS Project
- OSHA 30
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Experience with site work through CO
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office product

Responsibilities
- Direct overall project execution
- Manage project milestone's
- Maintain good relationships with internal personnel, subcontractors and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Conduct quality inspections
- Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
