American Cable and Electronics is looking for experienced electrical/mechanical assemblers to join our team in the production of wiring harnesses and electronic assemblies for the IT, Industrial, and Medical fields. Due to major growth opportunities, several immediate opportunities exist for Assembly Associates and technicians. These positions operate in a clean, climate controlled, team environment on 1st shift, full time. Candidates will need to be able to comprehend basic measurements, comprehend written work instructions, and utilize basic hand tools. Good manual dexterity and vision are necessary to ensure quality standards are met. Applicants will be cross trained in various tasks including product assembly techniques to IPC-WHMA 620 requirements, operation of equipment to produce wire and ruminations, product testing, and soldering.
3-5 years experience is preferred in the same or related industry. The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate leadership skills and an ability to work in and with teams to help meet productions goals.
