Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills to manage crews, coordinate with clients and insurance adjusters, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously from initial assessment to completion.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Schedule and oversee field crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure all documentation, photos, and job notes are accurately maintained in Restoration Manager (or company job management software).
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Handle change orders, collections follow-ups, and customer updates as needed.
- Drive customer satisfaction and represent the company’s values at every stage of the project.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or project management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
- Proficient in Xactimate and Restoration Manager (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
