Overview:

Join our team as a Bilingual Pre-Need Insurance Agent, where you will educate and support families in planning ahead for their end-of-life needs. This role combines relationship-building with a mission-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre-arranged services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral options.
- Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
