We are seeking a competent Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across our facilities. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable, able to troubleshoot, and have a keen eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks, such as scheduling, are essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in good and safe condition at all times

Qualifications
English proficiency
Supervisory experience in maintenance field
Experience in managing maintenance operations
Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Manage HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS, tracking maintenance activities and schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance projects and improve facility performance.
