Job Description
Experienced Clinical Manager sought for a full-time role in a busy orthopedic clinic. This position is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, supporting providers, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and customer service.
Key responsibilities include staff scheduling and supervision, workflow management, training and coaching employees, coordinating patient care, resolving patient concerns, supporting compliance initiatives, assisting with operational goals, and working collaboratively with physicians and leadership to improve clinic efficiency and the overall patient experience.
This role plays a key leadership function in fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture. The ideal candidate prioritizes employee training and development, supports staff well-being, and ensures team members have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed. A caring attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine compassion for both patients and employees are essential.
Clinical support duties may include rooming patients, assisting physicians with procedures, coordinating patient care, telephone triage, and supporting clinical staff as needed, based on clinic volume.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, multitask effectively, lead a team with confidence, remain organized and detail-oriented, and maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a medical clinic or healthcare office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising staff and managing workflows
- Knowledge of medical office operations and patient scheduling
- Clinical background as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN
Preferred Qualifications
- RN license
- Orthopedic experience
- CPR Certification
- Experience with the Athena EHR platform
Compensation$85,000–$125,000 annually (DOE)
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and leadership background.
