About the Role
This is a contract position for one of our clients looking for an experienced GTM Systems Manager to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for a defined set of GTM systems powering Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Experience teams at a leading SaaS company.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for system governance, translating business requirements into technical configurations, managing end-to-end projects, and supporting senior stakeholders across GTM Operations. This is an experienced IC role — you'll operate with significant autonomy and make an immediate impact.

Most Important
- 7+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, CS Ops, or a related GTM function
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (core requirement)
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects through implementation and adoption
- Experience administering GTM tools such as Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, Distribution Engine, RingLead, or Clearbit
- Strong executive communication skills — this person will interact directly with GTM leadership
- SaaS company background
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CX platforms such as Ada, Loris, or Assembled
- Experience with Marketo or Braze
- Background in PLG/SLG hybrid GTM models
- Multi-platform administration experience beyond Salesforce
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
