Duties
- Operate a variety of vehicles including vans, cars, and buses to transport clients.
- Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals and drop offs while adhering to the safety and traffic laws that have been put in place.
- Load and unload wheelchair clients safely using the vehicles lift system or other equipment that is provided, ensuring a properand secure transport.
- Maintain accurate electronic log reports in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety issues; report any concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, and clients to coordinate pickups, and route adjustments if needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in driving, including delivery driving and route driving.
- Ability to operate GPS navigation systems confidently for efficient route planning.
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and documentation accuracy.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
