We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences/Pharma, CRM, and AI experience. The ideal candidate will work with business and technology teams to define requirements, improve CRM processes, and support AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 4+ years of CRM experience
- Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and automation
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis
- User stories, functional requirements, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Agile/Scrum experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience with UAT, change management, and user adoption
- Strong analytical and communication skills
