Job Description
Royal Kentuckian is seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender Manager to lead our bar team in Independence, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage bar operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to plan events and special occasions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bar manager or bartender manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
