BE EASY in Lawrence is where culinary creativity meets high-volume hustle. We are known for our "larger than life" menu—from our Creative flat bread pizza and legendary 3 AMIGOS TACOS to our over-the-top SMASH burgers. We don't do basic; we build flavor profiles that get people talking, and it takes a sharp, versatile team to make it happen.
We are looking to add experienced, high-energy individuals to our existing kitchen crew. If you’re tired of being stuck in one corner doing the same repetitive task all shift, this is the kitchen for you.
The Role: Total Kitchen Mastery
At Be Easy, we don't believe in "station silos." We hire talented people and cross-train you to do it all. You’ll gain experience across the entire line, ensuring you are a versatile pro who can handle any rush.
Your rotation will include:
- The Grill: Crafting our signature gourmet burgers and high-quality proteins.
- The Pizza Line: Building creative flat bread pizza.
- The Fry Station: Mastering those over-the-top Chicken tenders and crispy sides.
- Prep Operations: Ensuring our unique ingredients are fresh and ready for high-volume service.
- Exhibition & Quality Control: Working with the team to ensure every plate hitting the table or the outdoor patiois perfect.
