As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will guide customers in selecting wireless products, mobile devices, and connectivity solutions that best meet their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. AT&T Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
- Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions regarding AT&T wireless products and services
- Help customers choose wireless plans, upgrade devices, and activate new accounts
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options
- Recommend customized wireless solutions based on customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout every interaction
- Assist with account maintenance, service updates, and general customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Associates to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
