GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate to limited supervision, the Compliance Coordinator supports the Health Programs by tracking, verifying, and maintaining student and faculty compliance records to meet clinical, regulatory, and institutional requirements. This role interacts directly with students, external agencies, and faculty to ensure students are cleared for clinical participation. The coordinator will also support office operations, assist with student communication, and serve on the Background Check Committee.
The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of related administrative experience; or Associate’s degree in a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn compliance tracking software.

Experience managing records or databases in a professional setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:-
Associate’s degree or higher in healthcare, business, education, or a related field.

Experience working with compliance tracking platforms (e.g., CastleBranch).

Experience in a healthcare or higher education setting.
