Shift type: 8 hour shifts
Available Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Florida LPN License in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
