<Duties>
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage table settings, clear dishes, bussing tables efficiently, and assist with food preparation when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
<Requirements>
- Proven experience as a restaurant server in a fine dining or upscale environment with a strong background in food service and guest relations
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payment processing
- Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge that supports understanding of food preparation and presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
