Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Executive Director for an established hospice organization in Stockbridge, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Lead an established hospice organization serving approximately 100 patients
- Direct operational strategy, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes
- Partner with an experienced interdisciplinary leadership team
- Drive census growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
- Executive leadership opportunity with autonomy and organizational influence
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
- 10% Annual Bonus Opportunity
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time Leadership Position
- Executive Management Schedule
ROLE
- Lead all hospice operations and strategic initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with Medicare hospice regulations and accreditation standards
- Develop, mentor, and support interdisciplinary leadership teams
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support admissions, business development, and census growth initiatives
- Report directly to the Governing Body

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Hospice Leadership Experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Registered Nurse REQUIRED
- Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Hospice Regulations REQUIRED
- Experience Leading Clinical Teams, Budgets, And Operations REQUIRED
- Proven Leadership, Communication, And Team Development Skills REQUIRED
