Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist (LSW/LCSW, MFT/LMFT, LPC/LCPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
- Develop and maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy in medical terminology and coding.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, patient care plans, and research initiatives related to behavioral health outcomes.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions while adhering to clinical standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Support clients with specialized needs such as working with adolescents and young adults.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
