Job Overview:
Dental Office actively seeking a warm, friendly individual who loves talking on the phone! It is great if you have any dental experience but it is not required for this opportunity. You will start out part time but we are open to reviewing extending to a full time position in the future.
You will reach out to patients that are past due for their hygiene checks keeping accurate records of each call and what transpires.
You will call prospective patients that have requested additional information or an appointment for a consultation using different ( but similiar) lead contact platforms.
You will support the front desk when needed by answering the phone and addressing the callers' needs.
The position has opportunity for growth or may simply remain a part time job for someone looking to keep busy and likes interacting with others.
