Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working outdoors and traveling to maintain cell tower and radio station properties across the United States.
This position is ideal for someone who prefers working independently, enjoys life on the road, and takes pride in maintaining equipment and property.
While this role involves a great deal of independent work and travel, you will still be an important part of a larger team supporting nationwide projects. Because you will often be working many miles from the rest of the team, clear and consistent communication with management is essential to ensure you remain supported, stay on schedule, and have the resources needed to complete your work successfully.
Travel Schedule
This is a travel-heavy position. Technicians typically work approximately 21 days per month on the road followed by about one week at home.
The expected work schedule while on assignment is 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. Additional overtime may be offered based on business needs.
Hotel accommodations are provided while traveling, including weekend accommodations when assignments require remaining in the area between work weeks. Travel expenses and daily per diem are also provided.

Responsibilities
- Maintain vegetation and grounds at telecommunications sites and similar locations as needed
- Operate equipment including commercial mowers, string trimmers, and chainsaws
- Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment
- Drive between sites across multiple states
- Use an iPad to document completed work and site conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment
- Communicate regularly with management regarding site progress, conditions, and scheduling
Requirements
- Experience operating mowers, string trimmers, and chainsaws
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily schedule
- Able to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Basic familiarity with tablets or iPads is helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with management while working remotely
