We are seeking a friendly, dependable, customer service oriented and caring individual who loves animals to join our team! Candidates should be positive, self-motivated, upbeat, have excellent phone skills and compassion to pet owners.
Job requirements include, but is not limited to:
- must be able to work flexible hours which include days, nights, weekends and holidays
- must be reliable and punctual with good work ethics
- professional and friendly personality as you will be the first point of contact
- answer phones, greet clients and relay messages accurately
- schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- basic computer knowledge -able to use computer, calculator, fax machine, typewriter and credit card machine
- assist the office manager as needed. -balance daily transactions, billings and deposits.
-ordering of supplies, checking in deliveries and stocking shelves
- will occasionally be asked to help technicians in the back with holding patients
- must be capable of lifting at least 30#
-vet terminology is not a requirement as long as you have a willingness to learn
New hires work approximately 20 hours per week for training for the first month of work.
