Position Details
- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Supervisor)
- Location: San Bernardino, CA and surrounding communities
- Status: Full-Time and Part-Time Available
- Compensation: $50–$80+ per hour (based on experience)

- Reports To: Clinical Director & Executive Director
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and program management for clients on your assigned caseload
- Conduct face-to-face and telehealth supervision sessions
- Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and modify behavior intervention programs based on ongoing client progress
- Provide parent and caregiver education to promote consistency across environments
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians, and other clinical staff
- Meet with supervised staff a minimum of twice monthly to provide coaching and ensure treatment fidelity
- Develop and implement individualized data collection systems
- Analyze client data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and funding source compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and community partners
- Provide supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification
- Participate in agency meetings, trainings, workshops, and continuing education
What We're Looking For
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience supervising clinical staff and implementing ABA programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for ethical, evidence-based ABA services
