We are seeking a licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our commercial lines team. This role will manage small commercial accounts and assist with day-to-day account management while providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service small commercial accounts
- Process certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and renewals
- Assist producers and account managers with account maintenance and documentation
- Communicate with clients and carriers regarding policy needs and requests
- Previous experience working at an insurance firm is required; experience in commercial lines is a plus
Pay: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour
