Pendry Enterprise LLC is seeking a Project Manager to work with and lead a team in the field. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their existing knowledge to projects primarily in the Triad of NC.

A few requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in Concrete, multiple roles
- Experience in forming and prepping for concrete
- Tying and busting Rebar
- Experience in operating Skid Steer or Excavator
- Experience in reading plans/blueprints
- You communicate clearly, and rarely have misunderstandings with team
Bonus points:
- Speak Spanish also
- Experience as a Foreman
