Job Summary
Al Dar Yemeni Cuisine is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our team in Wildwood, MO. As a Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality while introducing guests to the authentic flavors and traditions of Yemeni and Middle Eastern cuisine. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the restaurant POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including resetting tables.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work as a team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
