What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine home health visits
- Perform assessments and reassessments as needed
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, wound VAC, lab draws, and medication management (preferred but not required)
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR
What We’re Looking For
- Active California RN license
- No prior home health experience required
- All experience levels considered (0-25 years)
- Strong clinical skills are a plus, but not required

Pay: $32.00 - $64.00 per hour

Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
