Our firm is looking for a real estate associate to join our team. The successful candidate must be licensed in real estate and have sales or customer service experience in a corporate or office setting. Experienced agents will not need the training. Meetings and events would be optional and can be performed by zoom. Experienced agents should expect to make more in income than posted here as an average income range.
This position is perfect for candidates who are success driven, independent, on a mission, fluent in English, focused, educated, handle stress well and can present the company in a professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings/events and training in a professional and timely manner when needed.
- Answer calls from customers and clients.
- Use provided platforms to follow up with customers.
- Learn and settle transaction checklists and procedures.
- Practice professionally.
- Pay close attention to details.
- Successfully conclude time sensitive tasks.
- Represent clients per company training and policy.
- Complete sales transactions.
