DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Comptroller Support to support a federal program onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance.
The selected candidate will lead the successful delivery of a Navy Comptroller support program, overseeing multiple functional workstreams, including Navy ERP support, financial analysis, and data analytics. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors, ensuring project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables are achieved while maintaining effective communication with government stakeholders.

Lead and manage a Navy Comptroller support program.

Oversee multiple project workstreams, including financial management, ERP support, and data analytics.

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractor performance.

Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, risks, and budget performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders.

Prepare executive reports and project status updates.

Ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.

Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Foster collaboration across technical, financial, and operational teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.

Experience supporting Navy financial management programs.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.

Knowledge of Navy ERP preferred.

Experience with NAVFAC financial management preferred.

Experience with data analytics and reporting is a plus.

Active Secret Security Clearance required.
