Parts Specialist/Shop Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible, dependable, highly motivated, individual to fill a position at our Creve Coeur location.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serving both external customers and internal technicians at the parts counter and by phone
- Researching customer/technician requests for items in manual parts catalogs and electronically
- Ordering parts, invoicing customers, coordinating shipment of parts
- Sourcing and purchasing parts
- Processing credits, returns and receiving stock orders
- Maintaining stock levels of product lines and managing inventory
- Other duties as assigned, including supporting shipping and receiving
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 year applicable experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Exceptional dependability with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to successfully operate applicable computer system
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record with dependable transportation
- Ability to operate forklift for loading and unloading of deliveries.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM to 4PM plus overtime.
Pay starting at $25 Hour Depending on experience
