Position Overview:
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a well-functioning Service Center and leading a team of 18-22 employees in the service & parts department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the service department
- RV knowledge and dealership software experience is ESSENTIAL
- Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control
- Build and maintain a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Internal Service Advisors and parts department employees.
- Foster a culture that promotes employee development, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
- Meet or exceed monthly budget projections
- Maintain a safe and functional working environment
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers Qualifications:
- Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the service department
- Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction Ability to build and maintain a high performing team environment
