The work:
- Diagnose and fix leaks, bad flashing, damaged shingles, trim, and caulking
- Take on the jobs that separate pros from rookies: chimney flashing rebuilds, dormer/window trim, siding sections
- Climb up to 40 ft and get it done right the first time
- Document your work and talk straight with customers and your crew
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on roofing/siding repair experience (no replacement experience needed)
- Valid driver's license, ready to travel for service calls
- Comfortable at heights, can lift up to 80 lbs
- Sharp problem-solver, clear communicator
- OSHA/fall protection certs are a plus, not a dealbreaker
