We are currently hiring in the following Florida locations:
Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our growing home health team.
This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, evidence-based therapy services to children in the comfort of their homes while enjoying a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the support of an experienced clinical team. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Provide skilled therapeutic treatment in accordance with the established plan of care.
Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, documentation, and patient updates.
Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Pediatrics, Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.
Basic computer skills for electronic medical documentation.
Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Pay: $65–$80 per hour (based on experience and discipline)
