Hours: 8 hour – 6:30am to 3:30-4pm
Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center – Mesquite, TX
We are seeking an Operating Room Charge RN also referred to as a Surgical Charge Nurse or an OR Charge Nurse. The OR Charge Nurse will smooth functioning of surgical services within our hospital. Someone who is essential in maintaining a safe, efficient, and effective operating room environment, ensuring that both patients and surgical teams are supported throughout the process.

Current and valid state RN License.

Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.

Current ACLS 30 days upon hire and maintain current
Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:

Current PALS upon hire and maintain current, preferred.

Previous supervisory experience, one to two years, in acute care hospital Surgical OR setting, preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care operating room preferred.

CNOR within 2 years, preferred.

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred
