Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and accessories.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash register handling, and cash handling procedures.
- Upsell additional products and services by highlighting value propositions aligned with customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and billing in a professional manner using proper phone etiquette.
- Support store operations by assisting with retail math calculations for transactions, managing cash drawers, and ensuring accuracy in retail store product knowledge.
Requirements
- Prior experience in wireless, telecom, or mobile device sales.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is an added advantage to serve diverse customer bases.
- Experience with cashiering, retail sales transactions, cash register operations, and cash drawer handling required.
