Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule – Day Shift (6:30 AM–7:00 PM) or Night Shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians to support the safe and reliable operation of industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience maintaining industrial equipment, and the ability to diagnose electrical and control system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and instrumentation issues on production lines and ancillary equipment.
- Perform routine, biweekly, and metered preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
- Support electrical project work, new equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Read and interpret electrical codes, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues.
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation and work orders.
- Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and software to troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems.
- Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and PPE requirements, including arc-flash procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and electrical codes.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, controls, and production machinery preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb, work at heights, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform precise work involving electrical components, wiring, and instrumentation.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including arc-flash gear, gloves, and safety glasses.
