Join CB Structures as a Construction Support Specialist - Safety

CB Structures is looking for a Construction Support Specialist - Safety to play a key role in supporting project execution and internal coordination across our Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and field teams.
This exempt, salaried position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in keeping details on track, and wants to make an impact both in project support and safety coordination.
In this role, you will:
- Help keep projects moving by coordinating kickoff meetings, inspections, closeout meetings, and related documentation
- Track permitting and submittal timelines and support timely follow-up
- Prepare job packets, drawing sets, warranty packets, and other project materials
- Support scheduling, subcontractor paperwork, and contract administration
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Estimating
- Serve as Safety Chair, lead monthly safety meetings, and maintain safety-related records and communication
- Work closely with teams across the business to support consistent, efficient workflows
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project-based support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A high level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with project documentation, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, or safety administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
