StretchLab is a leading stretching studio that specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Our highly trained Flexologists provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve their flexibility, mobility, strength and wellness goals.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at StretchLab Libertyville. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships and retention, and leading our sales initiatives to drive our studio's performance. This position is essential in promoting our unique services and expanding our customer base.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in developing and driving membership-based sales and client retention plans.
- Experience in putting together monthly/ quarterly sales and marketing plans.
- Strong analytical abilities to asses sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Solid organization and customer service skills required.
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready/ Mind Body CRM software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Occasional local travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales through lead generation calls, business-to-business initiatives, social media and marketing promotions
- Lead or participate in special events (pop-ups, in studio events, health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to drive sales
- Post on Stretchlab Libertyville social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Perform opening or closing duties of the studio
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Ensure studio is clean and presentable at all times
- Other duties as assigned
