American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience who can work independently across both CT and X-ray modalities in a 137-bed acute care hospital.

Work in the Imaging Department, covering both CT and X-ray
-
Varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends, typically 12-hour shifts from 7A-7P or 7P-7A
-
36 guaranteed hours per week
-
No call requirements
-
Float between X-ray and CT as needed
-
All patient populations served, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric
-
Uses GE CT Revolution and a mix of GE and Siemens X-ray rooms
-
137-bed acute care hospital and Joint Commission accredited Primary Stroke Center
-
Level 2 Nursery on-site

Services include cardiology, ortho, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, ED, gastro, hospitalist services, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care

Minimum 2 years of experience required

Must be able to work independently in both CT and X-ray

ARRT certification required

RT and CT certifications required

License required if applicable

Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

AHA certifications required

Active licensure required at time of consideration

Cheerful, team-oriented personality with a patient-centric approach to care

Must be able to work collaboratively with the imaging team

Scrubs required in any color

Orientation held weekly on Mondays

Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate

Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months

Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
