North American Lawn and Landscape is a Charlotte-based commercial landscaping company with over 40 years of experience serving developers and property management professionals. We specialize in landscape maintenance, design and installation, irrigation, and stormwater management, with offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Savannah.
We are currently seeking a Division Manager to lead our Raleigh / Triad area team across landscape maintenance, landscape installation, construction/development/install operations, and Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). This role provides leadership for assigned branches and service lines, develops strong teams, drives client satisfaction and retention, manages financial performance, and supports profitable growth.
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for operational, financial, and strategic activities across the Triad region, including landscape maintenance, landscape installation, construction/development/install projects, SCM services, staffing, safety, production, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Promote a culture focused on service, quality, safety, communication, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Set clear direction for branch and service line leaders, ensuring team members understand division, branch, and company goals.

Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

Translate company objectives into actionable plans across multiple branches and service lines.

Build, coach, and retain strong teams by developing managers, supervisors, and frontline employees through clear expectations, performance feedback, and growth plans.

Manage division financial performance to ensure financial targets are met.

Partner with finance team on budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, profitability targets, and P&L accountability.

Review revenue, direct expenses, branch overhead, operational metrics, and overall financial health on a regular basis, adjusting as business needs change.

Drive customer satisfaction and retention by developing deep relationships with key customers.

Coach team members to provide excellent service, proactive communication, responsive issue resolution, and consistent follow-through with customers.

Coordinate teams across maintenance, installation, enhancement, irrigation, and SCM-related work to deliver quality service and meet customer expectations.

Oversee landscape maintenance services, including recurring maintenance programs, enhancements, horticulture, irrigation coordination, and seasonal services.

Oversee landscape installation and construction/development/install operations, ensuring projects are planned, staffed, scheduled, budgeted, and completed safely and efficiently.

Support SCM operations, including inspections, maintenance, repairs, compliance-driven services, and customer communication related to stormwater assets.

Partner with sales and business development teams on proposals, estimates, renewals, enhancement opportunities, and new business pricing.

Identify growth opportunities including market expansion, acquisitions, service enhancements, business conversions, target prospects, existing relationships, networking efforts, and opportunities in the Raleigh / Triad area.

Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and applicable local and state regulations.

Oversee equipment, fleet, inventory, facilities, and resource planning to support safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

Partner with HR and operations leadership on staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Operation of a computer and other office equipment/system, such as a laptop, cell phone, and sales and operational programs/tools.

Position is a combination of mobile and sedentary work; must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.

Customarily and regularly spends significant time leading teams, visiting job sites, meeting with clients, reviewing production, and supporting branch operations.

Position needs to be able to traverse uneven grounds and walk on job sites with clients and the branch team for periods of time up to 4 hours.
This position combines office and field work, including the use of a computer, phone, and company systems. The role requires both stationary work and active time in the field.
Employees regularly walk job sites, meet with clients, support operations, and spend time outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires the ability to navigate uneven terrain and work in the field for extended periods.
