Limani Grille is seeking experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team.
As a Bartender at Limani Grille, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest interactions while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, professionalism, and service excellence.
Whether you're leading a section or supporting one, your attention to detail and hospitality are what turn a good dining experience into an unforgettable one.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Limani standards.
- Provide personalized guest service while building relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Execute beverage recipes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience with POS and reservation systems (we use Toast and OpenTable)
- Solid knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standardsExcellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced room
- Genuine, energetic hospitality and outstanding guestservice instincts
- A salesminded approach to menu knowledge and thoughtful upselling
- Confidence with cash handling and quick, accurate basic math
- A teamfirst attitude and a commitment to showing up polished and ready
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and bar preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required as a Bartender.
- Upscale, or high volume settings experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and beer.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English required.
