We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team. This position requires a highly dependable, motivated individual who is comfortable traveling long distances throughout North Florida.
Service Areas Include (but are not limited to):
- Ocala
- Gainesville
- Lake City
- Lake Butler
- Keystone Heights
- Starke
- Live Oak
- High Springs
- Alachua
- Surrounding North Florida communities
Travel routes vary daily, and you may cover multiple cities in a single day.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
- Must be experienced with difficult blood draws and work independently.
- Excellent venipuncture skills are required.
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Comfortable driving long distances every day.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to properly label, handle, and transport specimens.
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Compensation includes:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Per-patient pay
Your earnings depend on the number of patients completed and the mileage driven.
Important Information
This position is not for someone who dislikes driving. Our mobile phlebotomists spend a significant portion of their day traveling between patient homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare locations.
If you are not comfortable driving 100+ miles per day, this position is not the right fit.
