HOTWORX – 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-Hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Duties
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service to keep long term members.
- Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including outreach to prospective members by phone, text, and email.
- Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts.
- Assist members during their visit by greeting, answering questions, and providing instructions where required.
- Create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Social medial posting and digital marketing content management
- Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness daily.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up.
- Product knowledge - demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the fitness studio - pricing structure, memberships, sauna operation, merchandise (current and new products), etc.
- Additional duties as established by the General Manager and/or Franchisee Owners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Sales Experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Comfortable making daily, high-volume outgoing sales calls
- High energy
- Self-Motivated, looking to grow
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required or must obtain upon hire)
