Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Savvy Staffing Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Machine Attendant / Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Worcester, MA. Responsibilities
- Assist with operating production machines and equipment
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Perform simple visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Package finished products for shipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Report any machine or product issues to a supervisor
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
