Triangle Car wash is seeking a full time Cashier/ Customer Service Representative for our busy, long standing, family owned hand car wash. Our small business is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and reliable edition to our team! This position has competitive compensation with the opportunity for tips. Our business has plenty of opportunity for you to grow and earn more after you learn the ins and outs! A few examples of this are pricing details, knowing and being able to explain the car wash packages to customers, supervising the other employees, and quality control on the car washes! Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory, as a lot of our customer base only speaks Spanish. Weekends are mandatory, as well as some holidays. The minimum age requirement for the position is 18 years old with a valid driver's license, because sometimes you will have to move customer vehicles. Our hours of operation are currently 8AM-6PM, with full shifts being required. This gives you an opportunity to get plenty of hours in fewer days of the week so you can enjoy a better work-life balance! Please do not apply if this does not work with your availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining excellent customer service skills, we have been in business for over forty years and want our customers to feel appreciated and at home!
- Greeting customers, we love small talk with our regulars!
- Accurately handling payments, the cash register needs to be correct every night!
- Maintaining a clean work area, we’re here to clean up cars so we’d like the office clean too!
- Answering phone calls, providing friendly and helpful information.
- Booking appointments, scheduling services efficiently.
- Folding towels and restocking inventory, keeping our daily operations running smoothly!
- Learning and understanding the car wash menu to help customers choose the right wash.

Pay starting at $16 as a cashier with plenty of opertunity to increase when our new team member learns the ins and outs!
