Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Consultant
- Promote AT&T Fiber internet services by helping residential customers discover solutions that enhance their home connectivity.
- Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T Fiber plans that support streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday connectivity.
- Assist customers with plan comparisons, service features, and enrollment to create a simple and positive purchasing experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, active listening, and solution-focused sales conversations.
- Support sales growth by consistently generating new customer opportunities and achieving established sales objectives.
- Accurately document customer interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activities to maintain organized sales records.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Consultant
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Pay: $47,629.55 - $57,360.32 per year
