One Team Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving the Triangle and surrounding areas. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced technician to join our team.
If you have experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and remodeling or reconstruction, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys helping people during difficult situations, and wants to be part of a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and doing the job right.
Whether you're extracting water, setting drying equipment, hanging drywall, installing trim, or putting a customer's home back together, you'll play an important role in helping families recover after property damage.
What You'll Do
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Equipment setup, monitoring, and moisture mapping
- Demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, and affected materials
- Mold remediation
- Fire and smoke restoration
- Daily documentation, photos, and moisture readings
- Rebuild work including:
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Trim and baseboards
- Interior painting
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile is a plus)
- Cabinet installation
- Basic framing and carpentry
- Punch list and finish work
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restoration experience preferred
- Remodeling or reconstruction experience required
- Experience with water mitigation equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
