About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll help bring our products to life—handling everything from assembly and customization to packaging and order prep. You’ll be a key part of making sure every championship trophy, belt, ring, and award leaves our facility looking flawless and on time.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced e-commerce production environment where quality, speed, and teamwork matter every day.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, personalize, and finish products based on order specifications
- Operate basic production tools and equipment safely and accurately
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency before shipment
- Package and label orders according to company standards
- Prepare finished goods for shipping and coordinate with fulfillment teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Communicate clearly with team leads regarding issues, shortages, or defects
- Assist with inventory counts and basic warehouse organization as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Team-first mindset—willing to jump in wherever needed
- Prior warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Experience
- Prior production or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production workflows
- Hands-on experience with assembly line processes, mechanical assembly, or working with technical drawings is advantageous
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting techniques and manual handling best practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movement during assembly tasks
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the workspace
