Experienced Breakfast cook
We are looking for an experienced breakfast cook who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone dependable, organized, efficient on the line, and confident preparing breakfast and brunch favorites consistently during busy service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience cooking eggs in all styles with consistency
- Knowledge of Eggs Benedict, hollandaise, omelets, pancakes, and classic lunch items
- Strong understanding of ticket management and line flow
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during rush periods
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Run the line during breakfast and lunch service
- Stock and set up the line before service
- Restock and break down the line after service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
- Keep ticket times moving efficiently during busy periods
- Assist with prep work as needed
- Help with dishes and kitchen cleanup when necessary
- Take out trash and complete end-of-shift duties
- Support overall kitchen operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Previous breakfast/brunch line cooking experience is required
- Ability to perform confidently from day one
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Pay

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
