What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff):
- Craft Magic: Prepare and serve Starbucks-standard coffee, teas, and delicious food items.
- Be the Vibe: Welcome guests with a friendly smile, help them navigate the menu, and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Keep it Smooth: Handle transactions accurately using Aloha and Micros POS systems.
- Stay Sharp: Keep the café sparkling clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Team Work: Collaborate with an awesome crew to keep the energy high and the lines moving efficiently during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous barista or food industry experience is a big plus (but a great attitude is essential!).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong cash-handling/basic retail math skills and a knack for time management.
- Mindset: Food safety conscious, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a smile when the café gets busy.
- Communication: A people-person who loves to engage with customers and support their teammates.
Wage:
- Team Member: $19.00 - $23.00 / hr (Including tips)
- Shift Leader: $20.00 - $26.00 / hr (Including tips)
