Now Hiring: Leasing Agent
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating positive resident experiences, and working in a fast‑paced property management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing the community and available homes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and current residents
- Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service follow-ups professionally
- Accurately enter and maintain resident and leasing data in Yardi
- Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins
- Support marketing efforts, including follow-ups, phone calls, and community outreach
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Yardi software experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience in resident relations or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
Schedule Requirements
- Saturday availability required (additional weekday hours as scheduled)
